1. Transportation |

Currently we perform daily "milk run"
shipments with our own vehicles for EURO APS,
SUBANSAMBLE, GIC NOSAG, MUNPLAST, METPLAST, ROECHLING AUTOMOTIVE, PLASTIFORM
Timisoara and also external transports to France, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain
routes for more companies on Dacia - Renault platform. |

We work with companies as: Hoedlmayr, WILLI BETZ and Wallenius
for transport vehicles, respectively GEFCO and SCHENKER on the groupage
transport; both internally and externally. |

2. Logistics |
|
|
|
At the beginning of 2013 we opened a
logistics platform of 12,000 square meters and a warehouse of 500 square meters
near DN 73 Pitesti - Brasov, KM 10 meaning to Brasov, which serves some of |
|
|
|
|
our clients; here
presently providing storage and handling services for groupage
shipments. |

Currently, we plan to open a logistics warehouse of 3,000 square meters in the same location that integrates all services, starting with
client's behalf import / export operations such as: unloading, handling, packaging, palletizing, labeling goods followed by the delivery of goods to customers, as required parties. |

| 3. Customs representation and
interstate |

Besides the activity of transport,
we are customs brokers in addition to Pitesti city customs, among our clients
there are large Companies as: EURO AUTO PLASTIC SYSTEM, FAURECIA ROMANIA, Dr.Oetker, SPICES FUCHS, ROECHLING AUTOMOTIVE, etc. |
